Drop n Go Drycleaning and Laundry Services is an Australian owned family run business that has its roots in the dry cleaning industry for the past 30 years.
In 2014, the Kyparisis family bought Carlisle Dry Cleaners in Balaclava, Victoria. They revamped the facilities, installed state of the art dry cleaning and laundering equipment and Drop n Go Drycleaning and Laundry Services was launched.
The owner/manager Jim Kyparisis has an engineering background and has studied the dry cleaning industry, whilst undergoing a comprehensive training program at RMIT School of Fashion & Textiles.
Not satisfied with the current state of dry cleaning in Melbourne, Jim embarked on a quest to provide good old fashioned quality and excellent customer service in his store. Realizing and understanding that in this day and age customers may not have time to go to the drycleaners, press their garments, sew a button on a coat or iron their shirts, Jim launched a free pick up and delivery service with the motto:
“ Don't swing by the dry cleaner--- Let Drop n Go swing by you!!”

Drop n Go Drycleaning & Laundry Services deliver so much more than outstanding dry cleaning and laundering services. A community minded company, we supports local primary schools, sporting teams and charities. Each winter, we deliver warmth and good will throughout the community with the help of national and local charities like St.Kilda Mums, Sacred Heart Mission and Salvation Army.
On behalf of the St.Kilda Mums, if you would like to donate coats, blankets, cot blankets, doonas, etc, we can arrange collection, cleaning and delivery to the charity of your choice.
